It’s the start of the New Year when resolutions and fitness goals will be set. Most of us will focus on getting our bodies back in shape after an extra Holiday indulgence or two. For some, who are already in fantastic shape they will be looking to keep it in top condition.

As I look around the gym however, I notice that while many people are focusing on their bodies they continue to neglect a part of it that is just as important and often seen first, their HAIR & SCALP! I am not talking about wearing your hair out of the way of exercise either – but shear abuse. For those that still wear hair or have it, most of what can be seen on many folks is over dyed, over dried, and broken on the ends. So what is a Stylist to do to stop this INSANITY?? A Get fit Hair Plan is in order. This years SMS Blog will have a new section added to it that is dedicated to how you can get your hair in shape and keep it that way. I hope to guide you through as your personal hair coach along with support from your own Stylist or Salon if you do not live in my area or can travel here. 1. Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just
your articles? I mean, what you say is important and
all. Nevertheless just imagine if you added some great graphics or video clips to give your posts more,
“pop”! Your content is excellent but with images and video clips, this website could undeniably
be one of the most beneficial in its niche. Terrific
